Fire Damaged Asbestos Containing Structures
OTS has assisted several property and building owners after fire has destroyed their properties that had contained asbestos containing materials.
When a building that contains asbestos containing material collapses due to fire damage, age, or natural elements, the bulk of the building debris pile is required to be disposed as asbestos containing material. This situation results since often times it is too costly to separate and clean all the individual bricks and timbers.
OTS has proactively worked with the building owners, the local community government, and the Environmental Protection Agency in resolving the complex issues that arise during the cleanup of a fire damaged structure.
