Mr. Hatfield has over twenty years of experience in Company Operations including process evaluation, planning, and implementation. His experience includes plant operations, construction projects, and environmental remediation. He is responsible for the oversight and management of all company operations including safety, production, policy development and implementation. Mr. Hatfield’s job duties include budgeting, cost control, and monthly profit loss statements. Mr. Hatfield has successfully managed and completed numerous remediation projects for the Ohio EPA and various Health Departments with budgets ranging from $200,000 to $4,000,000.00.
