Lead Inspection and Abatement

OTS provides lead based paint services for the following:

Lead Risk Assessments:

A qualified licensed risk assessor will identify the structure for the location of lead-based paint as well as the condition of the material. If there is no lead present the inspector will document that no hazards have been identified. A laboratory analysis is completed to ensure the lead quantities or lack of. If lead is detected then a proposal is given to the client to describe the scope of work to be done and the costs for removal.

Paint Inspections:

A lead-based paint inspection can be performed by either a certified technician or a risk assessor. An inspection is done on a surface-by-surface basis and measures the concentration of lead in the paint.
