Selective Demolition

Richwood North Union Public Library

OTS oversaw the demolition and disposal of a two (2) story wooden residential structure for the North Union Public Library in Richwood, Ohio. Demolition activities included the removal and disposal of all building materials including the building slab and foundations. The concrete sidewalks, shrubbery, and a chain link fence were also removed. Upon completion of the demolition activities, OTS ensured that the building site was graded to match existing contours.
