Asbestos Inspections and Abatement

Baldwin Tower, Grant Hospital - Columbus Ohio

Ohio Technical Services completed the asbestos survey and asbestos abatement of the 14-story Baldwin Tower at Grant Hospital in Columbus Ohio. Abatement activities included the removal of floor tile and floor mastic, piping, pipe joints, boiler insulation and duct insulation. All work was completed prior to the eventual implosion of the building to allow for growth on the hospital grounds.
