Ohio Technical Services was awarded the Asbestos inspection, clean-up and disposal of 110,000 square feet of burned building debris at the Deltaplex in Delaware, Ohio. This project had to be closely coordinated with the Demolition Contractor to stay in accordance with NESHAP, Ohio EPA, Federal EPA, Ohio Department of Health and OSHA regulations. There was approximately 8,500 linear feet of highly friable pipe insulation and 75,000 square feet of asbestos textured paint mixed with the building debris.
