OTS completed the asbestos abatement and selective demolition of a six (6) story office complex in Downtown Columbus. The demolition work consisted of the complete interior removal of walls, ceilings, floor coverings, and HVAC ductwork. The work was completed so as to allow the owner of the building to construct hotel rooms on these floors.
