Lawhon & Associates, Inc. (Columbus, Ohio) awarded Ohio Technical Services a six-phase project at Columbia Energy Group's main office complex on Dublin Road, in Columbus, Ohio. This project consisted of removal of a variety of asbestos containing materials, including floor tile, mastic, pipe and duct insulation. This was a special project due to the fact that although some of the work was done during regular business hours, the majority of the work had to take place during after hours and while the remodeling/construction crew was on-site. This project required insurance liability coverage of up to 5 million dollars.
