Mr. Goetz, P.E. joined Ohio Technical Services, Inc. in November of 2006. He had previously worked with OTS as a project manager during the spring and summer of 2006. He has over 14 years of extensive engineering experience in diverse public, private, manufacturing and industrial environments. The experience of Mr. Goetz includes project management, plant engineering services, maintenance supervision, Research & Development, and product development.

Education
Mr. Goetz graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Project Engineering & Management Experience

• Engineering and project oversight of the asbestos abatement and selective demolition at the Columbus Public School South High School
• Site / Technical Manager for the asbestos abatement and selective demolition project at the Onesto Hotel in Canton Ohio.
• Site / Project Manager for the Decommissioning and Demolition Project at the 1+ million square foot International Truck & Engine Corporation Body Plant located in Springfield Ohio.
• Technical manager responsible for the Trench Water Management Project at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
• Responsible for the installation and startup of multiple Above Ground Storage Tanks and an integral team member responsible for the removal of several UST systems.
• Coordinated the installation and startup of a manufacturing facility relocated from North Carolina to Ohio. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
• Coordinated the installation and startup of the water treatment equipment for an automated paint line operating in Matamoras, Mexico.
• Identified, developed, and implemented strategies to optimize the critical paths of major processes in both manufacturing and industrial plants.
